Q. When do I drop off my items for consignment?
A. Consignor drop off is Thursday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm After 1:00 pm we will close to prepare for the sale. Limited Wednesday evening drop off by request and approval. Email us at mail@threesistersconsignments.com.

Q. When do I pick up my items if I am NOT donating?
A. Consignor pick up is Saturday at 6 pm- 7:30 pm any remaining items will be donated. Please let us know, by email, before Saturday, if you decide to donate but did not mark your items as such. Any items left after 7:30 pm on Saturday will be donated.

Q. What do I do with pajamas, onesies, sleepers, and sleep sacks?
A. All pajamas, onsies, and sleepers, need to be placed on hangers. Ziplock bags are acceptable but must be attached to a hanger.

Q. Where do I pin my tag?
A. Your tag will be pinned on the left shoulder of the item as if you are wearing your item. You can see the "Tagging" page of our website for
more information.

Q. What does the red dot on the tag represent?
A. The red dot prints on your tag when you choose to leave your items at full price and NOT discount your item for the 1/2 price sale. If you discount your item for 1/2 price day (Saturday), the red dot will not print on your tag.
You do not have to print your tags in color therefore the "red dot" can be a "black dot".

Q. Can I create tags after the sale begins?
A. No!!!! You have to have all your items entered and tags printed before 5:59 a.m., Thursday morning of the sale.

Q. Do I have to donate everything? Or can I choose what to donate and what not to donate?
A. When creating a tag for your item, you check a small box that determines if you are donating the item or not. With each new item you enter, you make the choice by checking the box or not.

Q. Do I have to choose to discount all my items?
A. No, you just check the discount box for the items you wish to discount and un-check the box for items you wish to keep at full price.

Q. Can I see how much I've sold during the sale?
A. Yes!!! You can log onto your "Consignor Home Page" (link found on the consignor registration page) and view your sales totals each evening after 9:00 p.m. Remember that this total does not reflect the 34% sale host portion and the $15 consignor fee which will be deducted at the end of the sale.

Q. Can I print a report of my donated items?

A. Yes!!! Please do this immediately after the close of the sale. Sunday evening or Monday. Log onto your "Consignor Home Page" and print your donation report. If you wait too long you will not be able to print the report.

Q. When will you have your next sale?
A. We have two sales each year. Usually, the Fall sale is in October and the Spring sale is before Easter or shortly after. We will send an email when our new sale dates are confirmed to be sure to join our email list.
